The right to complain
Information on your complaint options
You are always welcome to contact CPH if you have any complaints about a service that you purchased from CPH. You will find the contact details on your order confirmation.
If you cannot reach an agreement with CPH, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's "Center for Klageløsning", Carl Jacobsen Vej 35, DK-2500 Valby, if you meet the conditions for this, please see www.forbrug.dk.
You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. You can submit a complaint on the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please enter CPH's e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, as shown in the order confirmation.
If a solution cannot be reached through the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's "Center for Klageløsning", you have the right to appeal to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
